So do you want to be starting something? Is it that you wanna be starting something new? Or is it that you wanna be starting over (i.e. coming back from time away or coming back from injury)? Wherever your fitness starting line is….you got this. Whether it’s walking, running, swimming, biking, triathlon, yoga, strength training, or even just chasing the dog around — NOW is the perfect time to be startin’ somethin’!
Time for a hard restart?

When we were younger taking on anything new was simply part of our adolescent programming…part of our OS source code. And as with any device that source code needs to be rewritten with every upgrade - school, work, having a family…and over time things that are more familiar and “safe” become part of our default settings. But now that you’ve hit midlife…it’s time for a serious restart.

Remember what made you, you. We grew up in the 70s and 80s. Our phones had cords, our bikes had banana seats, and Saturday mornings were all about cartoons and cereal. We were feral and unsupervised and we wanted our MTV.
The world has changed around us. But what hasn’t changed is our independent spirit. We’ve got the wisdom, the attitude, and a whole lot of life left to live.
It’s not about keeping up with TikTok trends, it’s about making your health and fitness and wellbeing a priority. We’ve conquered mixtapes, rotary phones, and 256 levels of Pac-Man, so trust me, we can totally handle this!
